The Pan-European Jetix website received the Bloc treatment with full UI frontend design courtesy of our experience digital creatives.
With such a huge wealth of brand heroes including Power Rangers, Pokemon, Totally Spies and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a substantial video archive and a class-beating online games collection, Jetix needed a site that allowed the audience to discover and play easily and quickly, whilst offering full social software integration for a more engaging brand experience.
We also needed to ensure the site was fully scaleable, entirely content-managed, and easy to integrate with social tools and third-party platforms and technologies.
The Flash components were all dynamically created and custom code developed by Bloc converted their dynamic content into searchable, spider-readable HTML content for highly effective SEO.
And finally, we needed to make the site highly attractive as a media platform for Jetix’s brand partners and advertisers, providing the media sales force with a standards-compliant array of media placements for integrated ad sales.
The new site significantly increased user numbers, engagement and session times and advertising revenues increased dramatically as a result of the relaunch.
Bloc worked with a third-party development company and provided our experienced digital consultancy and design skills to produce the new front-end.
Jetix recently rebranded as Disney XD and with the rebrand the Jetix site had to go, so unfortunately the work is no longer online.
